Charlotte is quite underrated. Seems like a great technology hub, super food, growing desi population, not sure of the airport but that might change soon
Airport is among top ten in usa . It’s on my short list
Indian community? Can you specify level of desi density? Is it Kavita Aunty and bablu/munnu living next door or a mile away but still have 5 stores in 5 mile radius where you can buy Deep's aloo paratha.
Atlanta
Northern VA - Herndon, Reston, etc.
I live in Houston and love it. Visited Austin and I enjoyed the vibe so much! Great place
Irving (Dallas)
BCG ..please check your reading comprehension skills..I mentioned Addison for young ppl ..and Plano or Frisco for families. Addison had it's own vibe and uptown is closer so from that standpoint we r on same page
East - Atlanta, Charlotte.
South - Dallas, Austin( if you’re in tech or do not have to travel much. Airport is good but not the best)
100% agree with SC1.. lived myself in Dallas, Atlanta.. and Charlotte seems promising too if in IT ... E-commerce or Finance
Op, have you considered Arlington? There are couple of minor snow falls here every year. The winter is bearable. Starts late and ends early. I don’t know about Indian community since I have never specifically looked for them. DCA is amazing. Easy to get in and get out of.
For 1,2,3 - Its Houston or Dallas
If 4 is a hard requirement - Atlanta is the closeset to east coast.
Dallas or Austin. Zero state tax and moderate COL. That’s a ton of savings and the city is good too.
Austin is neither a big airport nor is it affordable. Wait for another 2 years before more direct flights start from here.
Dallas/frisco
East coast: Atlanta, Charlotte.
South: Houston, Dallas, Austin
Tampa/Orlando
Raleigh
Dallas or Atlanta is your best bet. Atlanta if you want more diversity, like to take weekend road trip and like to experience seasons.
For 2,3,4 - Tampa, Raleigh, Nashville
For 1,2,3,4 - Orlando, Atlanta n Charlotte
Not Boston then. I live here.
Atlanta or Dallas
Also, Charlotte probably fits all your criteria. But, I hated the city. Not a lot of life.
Exactly, there is nothing in & around Charlotte, I went to Malls the whole year
Agree it’s Houston or Dallas. Everything else is white America!
