How important is QBI for REG?

Hi all 👋 does anyone have any recommendations for career switchers trying to land entry-level digital marketing or social media coordinator roles?

The biggest challenge I’m finding right now is that I don’t have many of the hard skills required (photoshop, illustrator, Google analytics) 📊📈.

I would really prefer a smaller marketing agency where I can wear many hats and learn the ropes from scratch. Thanks in advance 😁

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

Anyone switched from Becker to Wiley and regretted it? I did and though I appreciate the bite-sized lectures, I don't enjoy it as much as Becker. My access for Becker expired already and I don't want to spend 2k again 😭 such a tough choice to make but I feel like I'm not getting what I need from Wiley.

Made the switch from Becker to Roger, after failing FAR again SMH. Took a diagnostic test on Roger. Any tips on how to proceed using Roger ?

I failed my first exam and now I am having a difficult time gaining the focus and drive I once hard to study and seat for another… did anyone went through that same thing or similar how did you over come that? I tend to set high expectations for myself and get overwhelm when those expectations are not met… but I’m working on that.
