I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. Can anyone tell me if there are Customer Success Managers, etc positions that manage customers post sale and have a similar range base as me with commission plans? I’m just trying to understand income potential.

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.

USI folks - Do you know if the Sum assured of the health insurance offered by Deloitte is for per year or total. Context, I am currently at Deloitte US and thinking of requesting a USI transfer because of a serious health issue for one of my parents. Would be really thankful if someone can clarify 1)Will parents existing conditions/treatment (Chemotherapy ) be covered from my day of joining and 2) Will sum assured will reset every year (if yes, then when, January or our FY). SC to M, promotion in CBO.

I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years).

Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo.

Can anyone suggest if it's even possible to try to get promoted in 2 years? Just don't want to put in extra effort and getting disappointed later.
