I was recently reached for my performance review and had some negative points which are actually irrelevant to my job description tho, but has affected my compensation negatively. Has this happened to anyone in Deloitte.

I am a C3A (hence QVA is dependent on Unit's quarterly performance).
Assume I have 100% allocation for Q1 (from Apr-Jun), and if I put down papers in June/July, before Q1 results are announced, will I get Q1's QVA component in my July's payslip.?

NDAs - signed my first one as a part of a severance agreement. thinking about leaving an honest review for this company, but unsure about the liabilities that come with this. (NDA mentioned no defamation) leaning on the side of letting it go, but this employer sucked BAD and i want others to know. ik its hard to give a straight answer bc it depends on the agreement, but wheres the line between bad mouthing vs your honest experience?

Any tips for how to stand out when submitting resumes online to an F50? I have started sending my resume to in-house jobs and it’s hard to even get a response from most listings. I have tried being targeted (e.g., applying to in-house M&A roles and not just any in-house role) and adjusting my resume for particular listings (e.g., highlighting experiences of interest to the company). I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years).

Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo.
