SC to M, promotion in CBO. I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years). Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo. Can anyone suggest if it's even possible to try to get promoted in 2 years? Just don't want to put in extra effort and getting disappointed later.
