I guess the strategy is to make sure they have a workforce with median skills, while the worst and the best will go out of the system due to natural attrition.
This also helps them to save faces by not going for lay offs, while achieve the same resource goals by making people leave. Lay offs are bad press while attrition is seldom looked at.

So for performance rating, how much bonus % can manager increase beyond the Otvp already stated. Any idea?

Also, for GCB5 level what is the otvp amount range. Any idea?
It must already be updated in your last years compensation letter.. it can be 10-30% of that amount negative positive
Is performing rating anything to do with hike% or depends on bank and dept performance
