Making a move soon to Deloitte ARA from audit as a senior. For people who made the audit to accounting advisory move, what types of things should I do to make the transition smoother and learn the job? Also if anyone had any insight into the ARA practice (wlb, culture, if they enjoy the work) especially in Canada I'd love to hear it.
