I recently became a manager and I have a junior designer under me. I want to teach her everything I know and by the time I leave, I want her to do things like I do. I am teaching her things whenever I'm getting time and doing training sessions internally with the interns as well.

What do you think as a manager I should be doing extra? If you are an employee, what are you expecting from your manager to do for you if you recently joined the industry?
