270s are general release fire. But let’s not get too crazy w the proclamations. There’re categorically an average shoe with above average aesthetics at a good price point. I’m a big fan of em but there’s about 40 pairs that have dropped this year that are more interesting/special/better performing
Agreed. And yes, those are flamingos on my socks
However I do have to admit that my boosts are 100x more comfortable. But these shoes are fire
I think the Epic React was more of Nike’s fight back against Adidas. But yes, looks like Nike might be back on top soon
I put in 6 miles a day (aggressive walking lol), every day with weight training and powerlifting for 60-75 mins a day. Literally every day, I’m a long time bodybuilder on the side. I stand by what I say. Average. Sorry they just are. Doesn’t take away from the fact that you think they are the best. I’m just working off of material/technology facts and a broader sample size of models
@A1 the Boost 350s are more comfortable, I agree. Not by much tho...Nike coming for the 3 stripes!
I’m still a Nike lifer man...best client I ever had. But more so then brand, I’m a shoe first guy...and most everyone has been dropping 🔥🔥🔥 lately
Yea man, those new under armour shoes even look fire. Puma is doing some cool shit too
My favorite shoes of all time that I’ve owned are still Ultra Boosts and I don’t know how they will be beaten honestly. The comfiest and most versatile shoes I’ve ever had
I’m eyeing they grey Air Max 270s dropping on the 22nd.
@TBWA1 definitely a lot of heat released so far. But as far as comfort and performance go, these are the best thus far. Yeezy 350s get the W for comfort but lack in performance. Personal preference/option of course, but with 225+ in the personal collection I know a thing or 2!
The foam is run of the mill dual density cushioning (forefoot). Which is average cushioning tech. React would have been better. The air bag isn’t performance based it’s lifestyle based, so unless you define performance as chilling and casually walking around, I can’t agree there. They’re surprisingly comfortable for sure but literally every new core tech (ZoomX, react, vapormax w cushlon, Zoom fly sp lunarlon) sneaker Nike has released this year and late last year is more comfortable and better performing from both a casual and every day perspective. I’m not making this about how many pairs you own, if we wanted to do that, I pick up as many that comprise your collection in a single year...that’s not the point. They’re just average shoes with above average design and some nice nostalgic nods at a smart price
I’ll be picking up a pair of the dusty cactus. Do they run true to size?
Use the same size you use for all Nikes, which generally run half a size smaller than other shoes at least for me.
I got my usual Nike shoe size and they fit perfect
@TBWA1 go do 90 mins of HIIT training with a 6mile run in these and tell me how you feel after. They’re most certainly great for performance. May not be earth shattering innovation, but the support and weight is phenomenal.
@TBWA1 awesome to see you getting it in man. And I never said they were the best, I said they’re great. To each their own though...these are all opinions.
Those look like a baboons ass
