Sounds a bit desperate. Maybe think of your approach.
If you felt that you and those you interviewed with had a connection it would not hurt to follow up with a thank you and reinforcement of your desire to join the team.
Just don’t beg or sound defeated. Keep things positive and optimistic.
Good luck!
I’m a freelancer so not the same exact logic but... I’d tend to want to keep things open. No probably means no, and pushing it makes you seems both desperate and a little slow on the pickup (when’s the last time you reconsidered after you passed on someone). But you can keep lines of communication open, “keep me in mind if another opportunity that fits opens up” etc.
It’s also reasonable to ask for some context so you know what didn’t work out and potentially correct it the next time. Frankly that rarely yields a response but having written the reasons at least once before to someone, I can say it can happen.
Am also considering writing the creative lead as though I hadn’t heard about the “pass” from the recruiter just now. Blurry the timeline a bit...
