Additional Posts in Immigration Attorneys
Hi, I belong to the corporate bowl but I have snuck in to ask if anyone would be interested in assisting the Ukranian Crisis Legal Aid organisation that has been set up by a Hungarian law firm to pair up refugees and lawyers. The website is https://ukrainelegalaid.org and it was set up by KNP LAW Nagy Koppany Lencs & Partners (who I am not affiliated with). This is all pro bono. Feel free to PM me, especially if you are English qualified!

Our first years start at $115k - $125k in SC, 115 vs 125 is dependent on which office/city the associate will be working in. In NYC, I believe we start at $170k. Definitely start at $170 in LA. AmLaw 100 firm, solid immigration practice.

What area are you in? I know associates make between $110k and $140k for first years
NYC. We start at 70k and provide 20-30% commision for each clients attorneys bring in (annual bonuses additional). I am a senior, base is 11k and made 160k last year with commission. I am fine that I can build my own clients and one day start my own practice, but wondering if I will regret not ever working at a big firm.
I work at a small (10 attorneys) immigration only form in Cleveland. We start at 55k.
Good question. I'm in my first year of practice so I don't know.
The big firms pay ok (Fragomen, BAL, GT) in the $110k-$175 range in NY depending on experience. You can lateral into them and negotiate a sizable raise for yourself, esp if you can bring in a client or two.
$160 as a second year in California. AmLaw 100 firm, solid immigration practice
