I was interviewed at EY UK on 7th Sep. It was quite smooth. Since then I haven't heard anything back from them though interviewer claimed SLA to get back with outcome of interview is 48 hours. On portal it still says I'm in hiring team phase. It was level 1 interview.
Should I take this delay as rejection?

I worked in all three, joined Nagarro 3 months back learning has been magnificent there. Offered hefty package too, only doubtful on hike. Cognizant was the second best, but it was during 2013-14, not sure on current scenario. Had good learning curve, 160% bonus(for 2nd rating) and fair hike. UST the worst, stayed for 7 months only, a worst project with extreme micromanagement hence switched asap. Heard they give poor yearly hike. What’s your skillset and offered ctc for these companies, I can suggest based on that.
I am not defending UST here but it depends entirely on the project you are mapped to. I have been in UST since past 8 months and work life balance is great here no micromanagement. Excellent team to work with,being an individual contributor the visibility is high. The same scenario I have heard of cognizant as many of my friends are there and got into crappy projects. Even though if you don't have that much work sometimes you need to be online for 9.30 hrs , Give report to manager how many persons you have pinged, scheduled call with etc. I am ETL guy but when I got offer from them during induction CTS guy told me that apart from ETL work i need to Focus on dot net for their internal project.
