MRI tech looking to expand my career and get out of direct pt care, have a master's degree in healthcare admin, what other jobs can I do besides supervisor/management

My wife worked in a pharmaceutical manufacturing industry as a QA Officer. Due to maternity complication she took approx. 2 years gap for her career. Meanwhile she learned few courses like PV, CDM, Clinical Research.
Here my question, now she want to start her career again with her new skills in CDM, PV.
1. Which one will have growth CDM or PV?
2. Does they consider earlier experience because she had a gap.?

Wonder if anyone can offer advice on which cert to pursue next? I obtained my CompTIA Security+ last year and wondering if I should go for the CySA+ or Pentest+ next. I also have my AWS CCP and will be sitting for the Solutions Architect soon as well. Currently not doing security stuff at work but would love to keep my skills going. I was hoping one of these next certs will help me finally break into a security role and love the idea of pentesting but not sure if the CySA+ is more beneficial.

Hello everyone! I am a Judicial Law Clerk, which I have been for a little over two years now. However, I’m planning on moving into the AML/Compliance realm. I have a background in finance, having been a Finance Disbursing Officer in the Army for 6 years with one deployment in that role. Which is best? A law degree or a master's in international relations? Those are where my interests lie.
