My 2 years experience so far with tata Elxsi in MCV BU is as follows:
1) There is no one to one connect call between the reporting manager and employees.
2) Some of the project leads are good ones with good technical knowledge and some of them are interested in micro management.
3) Increments and promotions are not up to the market competition.
4) In MCV there BU even developers also work in shift 2pm-11:30 pm i.e US shift timings .
5)They don't have a policy for emergency medical leave.

Does anyone use Ninja for supplementary review purposes? I currently use Roger as my main review course and wanted to use Ninja for their MCQs. I am not sure if the $67/month is worth it though.

I went on a “date” recently. I paid for the tab as they were going to the bathroom. As we were leaving they said “thanks for lunch” — I was hoping they’d at least ask to Venmo me half as a kind gesture. Following lunch we grabbed dessert. I was hoping they’d offer to cover dessert since I covered lunch but it didn’t happen.

My friend have cleared Tata Elxsi interview 5 months back and received her offer letter. Still now she haven’t recvd a joining letter. Couple of other friends are also facing similar issue.
Does anyone have any update on this?
Tried mailing to the HR and to their help desk. No response.
Its really disappointing. Even if they are not able to onboard candidates now, the least they can do is aknowledge and respond to the queries.
Hope someone can give more insight onto this issue.
