I sign my leases under an LLC, between LLC and tenant with LLC as “property manager”, and sign a property management agreement between myself and an LLC.

Technically it’s due on sale, but if you don’t tell them, no one will know.
It’s hard to believe servicer are interested in turning a performing loan into a non-performing loan by inspecting and invoking the clause.

In the event of highly unlikely event of banks enforcing due on sale, you can refinance to a commercial loan or move it back to your name.
