Still I didn't receive my offer ...HR told it's pending with compensation team and now he told it's pending with BU head .. it's worth waiting ... Is they consider counter offers for CTC?? I recently interviewed for a position that was below my salary requirements so the interviewer forwarded me a role that is inline with salary but quite a bit outside of my skill set (and interest, tbh). How do I politely reject the opportunity while keeping the door open to other roles more closely aligned with my career goals/interests?

Working as a BDM in food service, been at conpany 8 months , salary is $95k base and $20k car allowance , bringing in large accounts, not sure if this is reasonable .

My CTC is 15L.. year of exp 5.8. may i know what is the max salary range for B7 role.. i heard that normalisation will happen if our ctc is more than the max salary range for our grade.. how much avg hike we can expect in the upcoming appraisal cycle?

My friend have cleared Tata Elxsi interview 5 months back and received her offer letter. Still now she haven’t recvd a joining letter. Couple of other friends are also facing similar issue.
Does anyone have any update on this?
Tried mailing to the HR and to their help desk. No response.
Its really disappointing. Even if they are not able to onboard candidates now, the least they can do is aknowledge and respond to the queries.
Hope someone can give more insight onto this issue.

Hi all, for test analyst or specialist or lead qa, what could be the salary range? This is for external hiring - what can we expect?

I jad an interview on 2nd August, 2022 and on 17th August, 2022. I received an email stating that interviewer is moving up your profile and contact a person email id for further information.
Since that day I haven't heard anything from the HR. I had called HR several times but no response from calls as well as mails too.
Anyone also faced this situation?
Please suggest me what to do as I have my last day in existing company nearby in 20 days
