My ACD's strategy to motivate the design team is to constantly show creative or design work from rival agencies. I'm not sure how I feel about it because she's not just sharing it as inspiration but almost always hinting at making something 'better' based on the same idea. It's so frustrating because I feel like it limits our team's sense of creative freedom. How would you revolt to this?
