My BGV is still not completed at HCL even after I submitted all docs 1 month ago. HR has informed me that my joining will not proceed until the BGV process is cleared. They have requested addresses for the past seven years, which I have provided. However, there is currently no one available to verify some of these addresses.

Do they verify all the addresses provided? My joining date is 6th January 2025. Please help me and suggest what could happen in my case. Do i need to worry about my job?

Hey fishes, urgent help....

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.

Since 6 months I am mailing them asking for clearance but they didn't gave, now HR has also left the company, Please help what to do ..
