My current company has an official 90-day notice period, but I will be released in 60 days, with my last working day on April 30. My manager has asked if there would be any issues with this arrangement.

I have received an offer from a product company, and they have specified a joining date after the full 90-day notice period, in June.

I want to take a 30-day break before joining and do not wish to start earlier. Will this cause any issues in the future?
