Maybe record yourself mock presenting and watch back to see where you can improve

Stop thinking about is as a "lack of affect" unless you're about to get me some berries & cream.
Pretend you’re a tv host when presenting. Everything is fun! This presentation is a party!
Personally, I do this.
I find a truth that makes the client feel good about where they work. Example: when I worked on LinkedIn's brand. " This was an opportunity the team really took to heart because what you do is so impactful. you're a platform isn't so much a platform as it is an open invitation to find new opportunities to connect with people in your field and advance your career. It sounds lame, but just showing you see their value puts them at ease.
Be enthusiastic but real. If your presenting scripts or manifestos, read them like you're doing a VO.
Try to make it conversational and don't try to solve any client comments in the room. We can look at that is a good answer.
If you’re not enthusiastic about the ideas, try being enthusiastic about how you spend the time of the other people stuck in the meeting. Think about what would make your day more interesting in yetttttt another call. Do that.
I love that perspective. Greata device to all.
Make an asset out of it, break the tension, manage expectations. “Before I begin, I have been told that I come across a little unenthusiastic when I’m presenting. So when I’m talking to you today, I’m going to show my enthusiasm not by seeming enthusiastic, sorry. But I’ll rub my ear so you know which bits I’m real excited about.”
Then what is it?
Your lack of enthusiasm?
Yes. Have a tremendous amount of difficulty showing it.
It is hard to wake up and be creative everyday. Show your company you care by asking to shadow folks in other departments. It will exercise your analytical side to give that big creative brain a rest. You will come back to writing and feel invincible. I do this often and it never fails!
Take an acting class. I was a drama kid in high school and it has paid off tremendously in my professional career. It also helps a ton with any public speaking anxieties.
Or an improv class! Found this immensely helpful for presentation and also just bravery

Clients buy you.
Fake it. Pick a character to play and pretend you are them. I pretend I’m a talk show host and it works like a charm. It also helps if you have work you’re excited to show, but that’s a whole different can of worms.
