Hi fishes,
Anyone joined coforge recently? Any reviews for the same? Is it worth to join this organisation? They told me they are hiring for Santander bank account but still be having client interview before onboarding to project. Any idea on this account? Is it tough to crack client interview over there? Don't want to face long bench hours like it used to be in Publicis sapient which led to brutal lay off. Kinda sceptical to join as it is giving me Publicis sapient vibes.Coforge Coforge ltd

I had to go through this and didn’t know about it until it was pretty close to getting an offer. Pretty much, just reach out but before they send an offer you need to let your current HR know that you’re exploring a call with X agency and it’s going well and you’re letting them know because they’re in the same network. I thought it was going to be super awkward but apparently it’s very normal. Your current HR will get in touch with the new agency HR and then they’ll do their HR business and talk through whatever timeline works best for both parties. Then you end up getting your offer letter. But one thing they did say is try not to have the conversation unless it’s the last stages of the offer, or else it’ll make things a bit awkward if you don’t end up getting it. I didn’t have that conversation with my HR until the agency I was interviewing with told me that this is just the last step before we send the offer. Then your HR will let the rest of the agency know haha Pretty anxiety inducing but just part of the process.

In my experience one “exploratory” conversation is fine without notifying. But past that - including an actual interview - you should notify HR of your current company and ask their advice on how to handle.
Otherwise yes. It will quickly make its way back.
In my experiences, inter-network agency communication is VERY limited. Often the new agency’s HR will ask you to let your current director know.
I did this at a Publicis-owned agency. Before the other network agencies could talk to me, I had to seek approval from HR. I only tried within that one network, but I assume others likely also get weird about potential “poaching” between agencies.
