My LL6 (18 yoe), just in his farewell day, revealed us that an SG7 with 4 yoe in our team and he are almost at the same compensation .. I m intentionally not revealing numbers.

We all never thought there would such huge pay disparities in such a giant value-driven org like Ford..

I think HR team of Ford (India mainly) should start looking into it... Introducing a pay parity is a good cost saving action, rather than imposing rules like 4-day Wfo mandates !!

Are there any fully remote lawfirms, ie you don't have to live in the state they have offices? I recently left a large lawfirm to go in-house which came with a huge paycut that is not going to be sustainable long term, but needed a remote position to be able to move. I'd like to keep my current job part-time but get back in a lawfirm too.

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.
