Which one will be good to join for SAP technical consultant having 5.6yr experience?

Deloitte USI: 20 lpa fixed, 10% variable, 3lakh JB
Bristalcone, client: SAP Labs: 22 LPA fixed, 10% variable and 1 lakh JB.

I had worked with SAP Labs, work culture and Work life balance is good but I am not sure about Deloitte usi. Someone please help me

I got an offer for 14LPA (yoe 3.9)in Bosch. And the level is 51.

Can someone tell me if the level 51 is okay for 4yoe , or should I ask for level 52?

I recently switched to a developer role in a product based company from a support engineer for past 4 years in a service based company. I got a good hike as well.

Need info on SAP Job titles/levels at Microsoft, Out of Desperation during Covid I joined Deloitte as a Consultant (one level above an entry level Analyst) with 5 YOE. Microsoft is offering me a position of Software Engineer. I don’t want to make the same mistake as I did when I joined deloitte but the next level Software Engineer 2 requires 8 YOE so a little confused here on what job title matches my YOE and skillset
