My manager, when given directions he will get it wrong or backwards. I will repeat what he says, refer to my notes/drwngs so we are both on the sme page. Ill have my team work on the project only for him to say it's wrong and lecture me about not listening or referring to my notes. When I point out his exact words, he finds a way to make it my fault still, Ill sit there and wait for him to finish his rant on how I need to step up as the engineering manager and how my team relies on me. Any help?
