My offer from Wipro was made before my resignation with a 25% hike but no joining bonus. I now have a counteroffer and would like to know if Wipro can match it and include a joining bonus. I've reviewed the project details and received positive feedback from the team, and I’m genuinely interested in joining. With 8.6 years of experience in GCP and DevOps and a current CTC of 24 LPA.

I recommend exploring other opportunities, as a 25% increase isn't the market standard for your skillset. If Wipro meets your expectations, then consider their offer; otherwise, there's no compelling reason to accept a 25% hike. Of course, this depends on your specific situation and expectations
Now the hikes have saturated. Everyone is getting 25-30% hike for a switch.
