What is the best tool for hiring teachers?
Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

Can anyone tell me about the training given in hashedin for lateral employees.
Is it only assessments or is some sort of training also given? And what is the difficulty level?
Will the instructors help the employees....?
Any information will be useful...🙂

Sue for age descrimination and never have to work again
Nah. All that will happen is back pay, a penalty, and position back. Probably won’t be a huge settlement
Update your resume. Take stuff off that you don’t need. Tell a fresh story. I shaved about 10 years odd my resume. And took jobs off that made no sense to keep on. Make sure your LinkedIn matches your resume and use it to apply for jobs also. Make sure your professional profiles say you’re open to recruiters. Start dialogues in networking apps like Shapr. Post your resume on job boards. It will happen. Job market is good. I’m 50 and it took me about a month to find a consulting gig that sustained me and 18 months to find a great job. Have an open mind.
You can get a job when you're over 50 - it just might take a little longer, and it might not be the same kind of job you get when you are 30! The internet will make you feel like things are hopeless but they're truly not. You just may have to be resourceful, and creative, when finding what you will be doing next.

Thanks for this. I agree.
Apply for the job with a blinded resume?
Or maybe you are rude. That was a legitimate question
That shit happens all the time. I'm sorry for you. As a person who has been there, it gets better. I swear, and I just got laid off again - as a 59 yr. old female.
Get a lawyer!!!
Ugh. Sucks. FWIW, I have heard many good stories from 50 & 60 + friends going client side ... now you may not be interested, but they seem less hell bent on youth. Good luck, keep the faith, and remember, your experience is very valuable. Sooner or later, someone will see that and snap you up. X
Sorry to hear that.
I don’t think a lawyer will help as they are rehiring bat a lower level and could therefore say it was a $$ issue
I’m 53 and worry about that exact scenario almost every day. Agree with the post about updating resume/LinkedIn to focus on most relevant and newer roles.
You can/will find something, especially if you remain open to new opportunities

Lawyer up.
What brands do you work on?
It's almost never age. Clients are paying for more junior roles and exec's are less likely to eliminate themselves. Recent resume advice - only show the last 15 years of experience, certainly not more than 20.
May have to flex on title or comp if you are trying to get back in, then keep am eye out for promos. Sucks, but across all industries, the average age of peak income is 47. After that the field narrows as you might expect the corporate pyramid to. Tough for all of us.
Stay positive, any other emotion will only slow you down. You got this!
So sorry to hear OP.
Not sure where you are located but please feel free to DM me as we may have a few roles you could be interested in.
