My scratchdisk always gets so full. How do you go about backing up your files for a smoother work flow? Cloud, or hard drives?

External hd…but are you also getting rid of your cache files from adobe? I find it helps to purge often.

Cloud. I've never bothered with external drives. Also +1 to clearing cache files. These take up so much memory. I have a program that does it for me automatically and it's a huge time and memory saver.

I back up both in the cloud and on hard drives. I tend to keep a lot of material in my Google Drive, so it's always backed up. But I periodically copy my Google Drive to a portable SSD, which I keep in a fire safe. It's probably overkill, but that's the idea.

Could anyone help me understand the levels for SEM role in Comcast Engineering Center India?

I attended a couple of rounds of interviews for Software Engineering Manager 1 (as the JD said) on a quick schedule and wonder if I should have asked next level instead.

YoE - 15, Hands-on EM, can code, do project and people management
Tech - AWS and .NET

Also an indicative range of CTC I should ask for will be helpful. Currently I'm underpaid at 20.1L as I worked in the same company for 12 years.
