Recently my company has added a new component in salary which has increased overall CTC of every employee.


We've not received any revised salary breakup only an official email stating everyone's CTC is increased. Started receiving salary based on the updated CTC.


When trying to make a switch, new firm is asking for revised salary breakup but I've shared the email screenshot along with my salary slips showing my increased salary. But HR said she needs updated salary breakup.

Service bAsed companies are not releasing offers nowadays. I have left looking for offers from any of service based companies. Except TCS, All are frauds and TCS won’t pay much anyway so done. They will lure you to give interviews and later when all rounds are done and docs are submitted, they will come and say we can’t pay you. I have faced the same with capegemini, tech Mahindra, infosys, cognizant. Is this the case with anyone ? Or am I the only one with bad luck

I got offer from tcs but infy has agreed to match the offer. I have took back my resignation, but I don't fully trust them and can be sure only when hike letter comes in July.

TCS offer letter has no joining date specified, just that I can select a start date on acceptance of the offer. Also says that if I don't join within 120 days offer is void.

Now, can I accept the offer but select joining date in October and if my hike letter is not as promised, resign again and join tcs after 90 days NP?

I have completed HR round at PwC India and they have offered me 12.5lpa fixed.

My current CTC is 9.6 Ipa ( Including variable).

Should I try to get retained in Infosys once i receive the offer.

S&P asked 30 fixed, they are giving 27 fixed & will release offer by Friday. HR saying they won't mention variable in offer however they will give 10%. Is that true ?

Can i negotiate in s&p further as i received offer from wipro today only or should I wait for offer from s&p and then negotiate.
