I have accepted an offer from EY India, now I got an interview call from EY GDS, can I attend that interview??

I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. I just recently got an offer from a smaller AI company for 95k that I plan to accept. I’m happy to make the jump, I just don’t know how my manager/coworkers will react when I tell them I’m leaving.

I am currently serving my NP with one of the WITCH companies . There are hardly 13 days to go for my LWD & there has been no replacement for my billable role in the customer project.
I am working on weekends and 12 hours per day to complete the deliverables .

I am not sure what is the thumb rule to replace an exiting employee but isn't it high time for a replacement to take over by now?

I was hired and initial expections from Hiring manager was to do automation for functional team of which I have expertise. However I am moved in a team where They given me already set product outcome data and wanted me to fix the bug in it.
