This is a bizarre post - you know what your issues are, you just need to choose to take action. Drink less or not at all, especially if it somehow is connected to you going online talking to strangers, and delete all those apps. Instead, create a healthy daily routine focused on the life you want to have, and even if you aren't depressed, it may still help to talk to someone to figure out why you are focused on strangers instead of actual people in your life.
I would suggest you to start slowly on workouts, Gym or some physical activity daily and follow a timely routine for few days keeping your body physically active and go on evening walks with you wife.
people, I have this sense that life is kinda weird. I have a well settled life and family and a job. I’m a highly skilled employee with an equal high pay. But all these things doesn’t excite me, instead focusing on random ppl problems is taking kinda toll. I just want to give all my time now to my upcoming new little fella. My wife is supportive, but she thinks I got some depression symptoms that I need to check. I ain’t depresssed.
What do you mean online? Like gaming, or video chat or talking to OF creators?
