My joining is on 20th December in TCS. I have yet not received the onboarding Welcome mail. By when is the onboarding mail usually shared? Can anyone who has joined recently confirm? TIA.

Which questions candidate should ask in final round of discussion.
What are the things one needs to get confirmation about?
E.g.
1. CTC Break up
2. Leaves policy
3. Appraisal cycle
4. Location
Etc.

Hey there! really need a change in pace from being in higher levels of care, and am wanting to go part-time with my company and private practice, but I want to buy a house in the next year and am worried about finances. Can anyone speak to the hardships or successes or a counseling of practice and/or buying a home shortly after starting one?
