Need advice on a BGV issue. I have 14 years IT experience and 5 years in my current company. Before that, I joined a startup for only 13–20 days. I had informed during onboarding and was told such a short stint need not be submitted. Later, PF records showed the employment. Startup is now inactive. I have genuine payslip and official email acknowledgment, but no formal relieving letter. Can such a short PF-linked stint seriously affect future opportunities?

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.
