I am in TCS pune ILP batch 29 dec 2025, My training will be completed by 6 feb in Python,I want to join Noida Location is there anyone who want to Join Tcs Pune location they can contact me i am in Python Domain and we can swap Location via connecting each other.

Also anyone who read this and know any othe possible way to location change pls help by explaining it, I have some personal issue that require my presence to my hometown in noida.

Company x offered me 9 LPA
Company y offered 11 LPA

I want to join company x more due to their tech stack, culture etc. It's also an established product based company while y is service based.
How do I initiate negotiations with x? I have plenty of time left in notice, but x also requested to join early (if previous company releases, with buyout+bonus) for which I have discussions next Wednesday.

Impetus has put my offer and position on hold. So, what can be possible outcomes of the position as per your experience. Can the company give offer again ?

Our company is a small company with 80-100 employees in India, what the company does is ask us to track every single minute of our day, from getting into the office to what time we got up for lunch, tea, etc. for everything we have to put a log, do you guys think this is a healthy process for a company to grow? All the employees be frustrated that they have to go to office regularly and finish 9 hours somehow, a measured break time is also allocated.
