Thinking about boomeranging back as a senior associate (level I left at). Generally speaking, should I expect a higher salary than when I left, or would it be comparable?

I know I’ve seen a few similar posts before in the past, but do you guys have preferred/recommended apps to keep you organized and productive with work? I have my work calendar and synced through outlook on my phone, but just looking for suggestions to keep everything as organized as possible.

One thing we've been getting a lot of feedback about is recruiter "ghosting". While we try to avoid having anyone feel like they're not being communicated with, sometimes emails end up in spam folders, and sometimes things just take longer than expected. Has anyone found a good way to help mitigate this issue?
