Need advise urgently
For about 8 months in 2022, I worked in an MNC and got abscond from there. Just after that I have joined Big4 and last year, I joined a product based company.
Now, all the big MNC's like Genpact, TM, LTI, Infy is asking for the experience letter from the first company that I don't have.
Few of them agreed for the overlapping, but need the experience letter. is it okay if I share fake experience letter (I have edited the sample experience letter and one from my friend).

I got an offer from LTI for Senior Software Engineer Role with P2 grade in Banking and Financial Services BU.
3.9 YOE
Tec Stack : Java, Spring, springboot.
How will the WLB, culture , leaves , work , hikes be in LTI?
Note : I have an offer from People Tech Group for Amazon client for similar pay.
