I love my life in SF, but sometimes it feels like I’m chasing an impossible dream. I wouldn’t move without a job lined up, but is it worth seriously considering?

How many years in are you? I think a lot of states offer reciprocity at the 5 year mark so may be worth sticking it out until then, but I’m not sure of specifics from CA to NY/NJ/MA. Hey Fishes I have completed close to 4.5 years in EY under the Tax Operation team specialized in resource management. I am getting only 7.5lpa inspite of getting "Strategic Impact" which is the highest reward category. I was supposed to get a skip level promotion which the HR had rejected for some reason. I feel I am really underpaid and EY is not valuing me as an employee. Based on ur experience can you let me know the actual market rate for my profile?

If someone heard/been thru this, please suggest.
