Need help handling a dom colleague. I was put on a project after 2 failed rounds of them trying to sell in a script. Wrote a script, sold it in. CD says previous copywriter who worked on this will stay on the project as she came up with the platform idea. We’re only doing TVC but fine. We’re now a creative team of three , the other CW and AD are partners. Other CW’s not open to collaborative work. Ignores my scripts, won’t talk to me, the AD and CW are just making the deck, isolating me. Help x

First question is it advantageous to have the top of the organization 50/50 partners own the r/e company as an s-corp? That 50/50 company then owns 70% of holding company they own all the real estate as a partnership that the original partners are 35/35 and the investors own the remainder.
