NEED HELP!!!!! Recently my role got impacted and now I am jobless since 4 months. During covid 19. I joined 2 companies for 2 months at the same time. Due to this my PF overlapping is showing on UAN portal and getting BGV fail. Coz of this I recently lost 2 job offer with good pay skills. I tried to go PF office, grievance creation also explained to company upfront before BGV started. Nothing is helping me. I am hope less. Because of this small mistake my career got destroyed.

My manager is wanting to get me some help and posted a new role modeled after me (3 yrs exp) w/ salary between $88k-$126k. How should I approach my manager about it without looking incredibly greedy?
