I want to change my career path to JAVA developer. How should I justify, if interviewer ask about my past experience and about previous project?

What is the next step to take as a 5th year to add value to sr associates, partners, and client? How do I make my skills jumó and differentiate from the pack?

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update

What options do i have, what if I abscond?

Will they give me exp letter?

Hi folks, I'm a new joinee in tcs. I have been allocated to a project in tcs a month ago and still my on boarding at client side is not completed. All they say is it is stuck at client side and we'll update you. But its been more than a month. What should do in this case? Should i speak with HR or my department SPOC? Please suggest.

I'm working with EPAM, 7.8 yoe as dot net full stack with ctc 26LPA. Fed up with my current tech stack now project want on call support over weekend. no one knows project. No one is supporting. Thinking abt current situation I'm bit worrying. Somehow given interview in EY and selected. HR ask me CTC, NP and expected CTC. I told 20% and 60 days NP. She said, will check with business and get back to me. It's been 3 days no response, when I called her today she didn't pick. Is it normal in EY?

Recently, I joined a service based company with 26 CTC + buyout amount on 12th oct. I am about to receive my first salary. But yesterday I received an offer from a good product based company with 27 lpa. I told the product based company that I'm an immediate joiner. But now if I leave the current organisation without a 30 day notice period they will hold the salary + buyout amount. So it means 2 months salary loss. What should I do ? Absconding or salary loss?

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

is it OK to negotiate if you agreed upon an offer and number seems low when you see in offer letter . would the company/manager can block you if they feel like you are playing because you show interest and negotiating multiple times?

I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?
