One of my friends is in Accenture and his manager is putting her in PIP and said if you fail in PIP your employment will terminate with immediate effect.

Just have a doubt what will be written in her experience letter/relieving letter? Is her employment terminated or normally resigned?

If I’m up 300% in ARKK, how can I or anyone else at fidelity tell if the cost basis was pre or post tax contributions?
