I'm dealing with some toxic masculinity at work from someone that works on my team. Does anyone have advice on constructive ways to address this type of behavior?

First, I’m sorry that you’re dealing with this. I can appreciate how difficult this must be.

I find that dealing with toxic co-workers can be difficult. Some of them I speak to directly about their behaviour; others I choose to distance myself from, especially when there is a power imbalance in our working relationship and they are likely to respond in ways that can hurt my career.

So I just came out at my small firm in a small southern town. Historically, I haven’t discussed my personal life at work— but I had to give notice anyway.
