Location - All 4 are chennai locations

WFO - Except EY (2 days / week WFO) remaining 3 are flexible with WFH

Compensation:
🔵 D&B — 28.5L fixed + 10% var | Gen AI QA role
🟡 EY GDS — 29L fixed + 0-20% var + 1.5L bonus |Usual test lead role
🟠 Straive — 32L fixed + 2L var | Gen AI QA role
🔴 Optum — 26.5L fixed + 5L var | Gen AI QA role
