Wearing to work today

Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

Analyst is right on this one, I wouldn't bring it up. Try your best to get the timing right so you're able to get to work on time. You should honestly start looking for something closer to home if you haven't already. That is an insane commute.
My advice would be to have a conversation with your new boss early on. You don’t have to go into too much detail about the family stuff, but explaining that the commute is challenging and asking for a bit of flexibility with your hours could set the right tone. Just keep it positive and focus on how you’ll still get your work done. Good luck!
Different managers can bring in their own whims. I’ve seen that a lot, whole departments have a ton of flexibility or none at all and it is all up to the managers discretion. I would focus on what my hours are supposed to be and go from there. We have some flexibility around appointments or emergencies, but not everyday.
The moment an aspect of your job becomes unsustainable is when you need to be updating your resume and submitting applications. No idea about your financial situation, and like many have said, it feels like the job market is really hostile right now. Even more reason to be prepared in case something shifts at work (New boss, for example). Back up plan before quitting, not scrambling after something happens. Companies do not have empathy.
Have you tried talking to the new boss to see what they say? Honestly I would just let them know hey this is the schedule i had before does this work for you because it is what is best for me and then see what they say. It can't hurt to ask
