Big time. I'm still shaking off the Christmas cobwebs. I'm not going to start feeling motivated and ambitious until at least February. 2025 was a LONG year for me.

I relate to this so much. I am still mentally unpacking last year too. For me, forcing motivation too early just leads to burnout..
That's the best way to do it, in my opinion. So many people rush themselves to create quick goals so they can check off a box for the new year, but they don't stick because they're not thoughtful. I think a mindful approach has a much higher chance of succeeding, at least for me.

I agree completely. I have rushed goal setting before just to feel productive, and none of it lasted. Slowing down helps me set intentions I actually believe in and can stick with.

I’m the same way... January feels more like a soft reboot than a full reset. I like to give myself a little breathing room before diving into big goals. Sometimes easing in sets you up for a stronger year than sprinting out of the gate!
