I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join. Epam offering 17 fixed and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh variable). I am confused which one I should join

Pretty new here! Great news ..JOB offer …however the company is lowballing salary ..I informed recruiter Amount was not acceptable …sent off the salary requirement letter …. I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. I'm currently Working at ntt data business solutions. I'm quite underpaid with about 57k goal salary. - 52k fix and 5k Bonus. With 3years expierence in sap consulting mm/ sd 5 years as a key User in a DAX Company and a M.Sc. in IT Mamagement.
I'm thining about apply for a job at the SAP directly or going into a supply chain role.
My goal is a good work life Balance, traveling at least 1 time a Month international and a salary of about 85k.

Rolling off the project ... I am looking for a project who will give me an opportunity in a functional role ... why is it so hard to get a functional role as an analyst ... I have an offer for Cutover task ... I had very bad experience doing Cutovers, not really motivated taking up this role. Is cutover always hectic and long hours?
