Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

Another option is ABRP. You can plan your route with a few stops along the way to hit DC Fast Chargers. Have done DC to NYC a few times in my non- Tesla EV and no issues finding fast chargers
I’m a Tesla owner, and I do this trip from Princeton to Toronto every quarter.
I have taken the Tesla only once, have relied on my Acura all the other times (>15 trips). Charging network is good, but, I tend to drive longer hours (within reason) and range anxiety is very real. I would rather have the flexibility of stopping when I want to stop for gas, and gas stations are aplenty.
Take a look on Plugshare, there are tons of chargers along the way

BMW has routes in its app. I use that for road-trip and it works well. I have done 300 mile trip with my BMW

Do you have time?
Charge to 100% before you leave. Plan for two 30 minute breaks. One around getting a bite to eat. Will your destination have charging?
Use ABRP. It will tell you exactly where you need to stop, how much it will cost and how long it will take. Use it all the time
ABRP is the way to go!

Yeah, this makes me what an EV. It's like the 19th Century when you had to stop to feed and water your horses.
