Not getting shortlisted

I have applied for full stack developer role in ford several time. Not getting shortlisted even for the interview . resume looks good, what might be the reason.


Is the applying via ford career page is not efficient ?

Is it wise to switch from testing background to Salesforce after 10 years of IT experience? If so should I start as an admin?

2 years experienced Salesforce Developer.
Working with Big 4.
Current CTC : ~9.5L
Expected CTC : 30-35% hike

Accenture rejected my profile without even an interview due to budget issues.

Any referrals please where the expected CTC won't be an issue?
