YES. I have been saying this for years. Its like everywhere you go nowadays there is a tip box. I feel like I have to ask my friends "should I be tipping here?" Because I dont' want to be cheap but I also feel like everyone wants to be tipped. Heck I want to be tipped.

Hmm, well the expectation to tip in more places might be getting out of hand, however, I refuse to bow to peer pressure. I tip servers, drivers, delivery people and just about everyone working in tourist cities like Las Vegas, but I don’t tip every time I am asked for services that have never required tipping before. I just hit decline on those Apple iPads all day. I will say the time I wish I was allowed to tip is when those target and Walmart employees bring my crubside order out. Target and Walmart don’t allow tipping but I think they should because I would happily tip to avoid having to enter a Walmart

Yes. And places are getting cheekier with the percentages too. The minimum now seems to be 20% and it’s almost like they are counterintuitively placed to trick people into clicking the highest amount.
