Tequila law - with tastings. The first half was very memorable. The second half, not so much.
in all seriousness, the most valuable CLEs are the ones that you attend in person and use for networking. The Tequila law CLE, taught by the attorney who had just won the Tequila TM cases, was one of those.
Beyond that, CLEs at conferences where they give you something interesting to discuss with other attorneys at the networking event that night. The quality of the presenter matters a lot more than the subject matter.
"I'm a lawyer but I'm not your lawyer" - about establishing boundaries with friends and families and not offering legal advice at cocktail parties.

I agree with Partner 1 that the most useful thing about CLE’s is the networking (for in-person CLE’s), but subject matter-wise, the most useful was one I took years ago when I was starting as a transactional attorney. It was given by a litigator and it was about contract disputes. I found it very useful from the standpoint of what to watch out for and how to prevent problems later on after the deal is done.
Any CLE that's live and there's alcohol nearby. Great opportunity to network.
