I hear this, and I understand the self-protection in choosing not to dwell on it. At the same time, it’s tough when “navigating it” becomes the only option. Favoritism changes how safe and motivated work feels, even if you try not to internalize it. You’re not wrong for noticing it.

Just keep doing the best you can and keep performing as best as you can. Document these perceptions down with events times and dates. Then when you have a one on one opportunity ask if you can be open and honest questions about some of your observations and they may be wrong and I want to clear it up.

It’s not my fault, and it’s out of my control. I just do the best I can in the face of it. Has anyone else ever been able to bring it up and see a good outcome? It feels as if they are already favoring others, not much hope for it to get better, but that might just be pessimistic.

Trying to set family expectations and would love thoughts on 2 things. 1. How long after baby will I be ready for visitors beyond our parents? I’m thinking a few weeks. 2. Our 3 grandmothers are 1-3 hour flights away (3 diff places) and cannot travel. When will we be ready to take baby to see them? I’m thinking 4-6 months but that would also be flu/RSV season. Can’t predict the future but family is already talking about trips and I want to set expectations and do what is best for baby. TIA!!

Hello Bengaluru people,

I have same CTC offers from pune as well as from Bengaluru.
Bengaluru company job profile seems more better and Pune company job profile seems less better.

I'm worried about food in Bengaluru that will I get the good North Indian food daily. I don't like rice and south Indian food. I mostly eat chapati and all spicy north Indian thing.

Pune Seems better in terms of food and money. Should I come to Bangalore or not that's the point.
